
Dr. Majd Haddad
DDS, MD, FACS
Dr. Haddad grew up in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, and is very happy to call Iowa his home. He attended the University of Iowa for his undergraduate degree in biochemistry degree, and then Dental School. Dr. Haddad served for 9 years on active duty, achieving the rank of Major. While on active duty, his goal was to serve our nation’s heroes.
After completing his four-year Oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency, Dr. Haddad was stationed at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI and later at Landstuhl Army Medical Center, Germany. During his tour in Germany, Dr. Haddad provided care to personnel wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan. He also deployed on medical mission to Poland and Ethiopia, and worked closely with other NATO allies.
Dr. Haddad is a Fellow in the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is currently a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Haddad is also a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Haddad has great passion for dentistry. He loves the immediate relief that he can provide to his patients and those in need for oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Haddad has had extensive experience in dental implant surgery, to include complex and difficult cases. His expertise include zygomatic implants and fixed case with 3D custom digital planning. He joined our team so he can focus on providing compassionate and quality care in a relaxed environment.
Dr. Haddad enjoys all kinds of sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
